The most recent Neodecortech welfare initiative for 2022 arrives just in time for the holidays.
All collaborators of the three Group companies, as well as temporary and fixed-term employees who have been with the company for at least three months, will receive a bonus of 1,000 Euro in ticket compliments to be spent on various purchases.
The award comes at the end of a particularly difficult year for families due to price increases and inflation, which have eroded their purchasing power, and is intended to be a useful support to help with expenses during these difficult times.
CEO Luigi Cologni says: “With this supplementary bonus, we hope to meet the needs of families while also providing an effective and concrete contribution to the needs of all of our colleagues. A company is made up of many different components, but at its core are always people. That is why we are concerned about their well-being.”
