Listing on the stock exchange
Already awarded in mid-2020 with the transition from the AIM market to MTA Italy, Neodecortech has obtained from Borsa Italiana a new recognition: the transition from the MTA market to the STAR segment.
Neodecortech was listed on the AIM market on September 26, 2017, showing year by year a progressive improvement both in numerical and organizational/qualitative terms; On 22 May 2020 it was promoted with the move to the MTA market and in March 2021 it was able to obtain the highest recognition with the listing on the STAR market. The fact that the authorisation of Borsa Italiana was issued in just one day, indicates that the company had already long reflected the highest required parameters in terms of transparency, security liquidity and corporate governance.
